The 2-week competition which is being organized by the Enugu State Football Association. ESFA, began on 16th June, with 13 teams from within and outside the metropolis, as they jostle for the ultimate prize.

In the fixtures release at the weekend, signed by the Secretary of the ESFA, Francis Ugwu, the first game will see two new debutants, Vincent Onovo and Wole FA clash by 9 am today, while Great Archiver FC will lock horns with Graceland by 4 pm.

It will be a battle of youthfulness and experience as talented and exciting, Adoration FC engages former champions, Purple Krown FC, in what is tagged the star match, at 9 am on Tuesday, just as another former winner of the league, Inter FC squares off against Sparta FA by 11 am, same day.

The organizers further disclosed that this year’s edition is quiet unique and exciting as the competition has recorded remarkable results filled with so much intensity, pace and agility from the participating teams.

Winner of the competition will represent the state at the forthcoming National League One championship later in the year.
